Specialty in Bigoli – actually bigoli, popular in Venice pasta based on buckwheat flour and duck eggs. Bigoli are made of especially dense dough that is kneaded traditionally only men, and served with duck ragout. In Bigoli poultry cooked in a combi oven and served with slices of sweet and sour berry sauce.
The interior is decorated with fresh flowers and an old Italian kitchen utensils. Utensils stored behind translucent doors of a large buffet, a bottle of wine – high racks on the perimeter of the room. All of the furnishings – furniture, chandeliers, flower pots and even ashtrays – made to order specifically for Bigoli.
