The restaurant serves high Japanese cuisine. Menu was developed under the guidance of the Japanese chef Yoshi Fujiwara, so IKIGAI – it is quite “other” Japan. Without sushi and rolls, of course, it has not done, but they are likely addition to the main menu than its base. And at the heart – a wide variety of traditional and modern Japanese dishes of fish, seafood and meat. Separately worth tepan menu and kaiseki-sets. And if the first all is clear, the kaiseki-sets – this is something new.
Tea ceremony in IKIGAI not carried out, but the tea collection deserves attention – it collected quite a few varieties. There is also a fairly large selection of wines, the traditional Japanese spirits and creative cocktails.
