The real Uzbek pilaf is represented here in seven diversified variants: traditional Navroz pilaf with selected lamb, barberry, apple, garlic and Uzbek spirit, Tashkent pilaf, Zolotye Barhany pilaf, and pilaf made of Chungara rice with gentle veal meat and prune is called Chigatay. Gourmands will have a chance to taste pilaf made of white rice, with chicken, onion, carrot and Uzbek jeera – Dzhanat-Osh, an exclusive offer – Smarkandskiy pilaf made of Gissar sheep breed with Nokhat peas, apple and Uzbek species, and Shovla pilaf made of lamb with Dev-jeera rice.
You should definitely taste the dishes without which it’s hard to imagine the ancient history cuisine: manties, lagman, shurpa, airan, different kinds of shashlik and other dishes prepared on grill.
In the restaurant you will be pleasantly served with aromatic Oriental coffee, and for those who prefer tea, it will be served in a tea bowl according to the old tradition! Besides, the drinks will be accompanied by the Oriental sweets as a nice present.
